Scam and cheating!

This Past Year, in March, I purchased a return solution from Ohio to Mumbai, at $1222. These were paper seats that have been said to be delivered to my California address. Because the document seats never found my home (they stated it had been delivered by USPS, plus they don't consider clientis indication for confirmation), I requested to get a termination. MakemyTrip stated that easily ended and purchased fresh seats through them, they'd make sure that my reimbursement is acquired in the earliest, and with no breaks.

Today is 25th December, ie., 1-year and 2 weeks, and that I still have not got any reimbursement from MakemyTrip. I've named them minimal 50 occasions, and everytime I'm informed that it'd be returned in only several more nights. I've $1222 closed up together for 1-year 2 weeks, with no curiosity, and without a verification of once the cash is likely to be returned.

I plan to affect Customer Courtroom for reimbursement of $1222 extra due to the overdue reimbursement and also the cash dropped because of curiosity compensation for psychological stress. That point, $ was Rs. 45, while $ has become Rs. 39 only.
