No refund and no product!

I requested a journal from the child going doortodoor. I decided I didn't want to buy in the end and adopted the reimbursement actions they supplied me. Which was 9 weeks ago. I've named and sent numerous occasions to ultimately be informed this organization is certainly going under and ostensibly ignoring somebody that has not obtained a reimbursement they required and/or even the item. Why are these folks still going door-to-door??!! Why cannot they be halted from the BBB? Individuals are essentially receiving cash taken from their store which is still occurring. Just how can this be halted? You'd believe they'd be out-of economic difficulty today considering they're getting peopleis cash and never creating a solution!
