No Refund as promised

I'm really annoyed in the dishonesty of the organization and also the disappointment to come back my cash to get a journal membership I requested in summer 2008. I terminated this and adopted their reimbursement process in July. They obtained this request reimbursement and backup of satisfied check 7/30. I received no reimbursement as of 9/4 and called 1-866-675-9869 for info. I talked to some Kerri who subsequently knocked me to "concern" through her boss. She explained to call-back easily hadn't obtained within 20 more times. I called again in March and was informed to "relax and that I might look for a sign in the mail". Mon the first of December I attempted to phone and there is no solution and also the mail was complete. I tried again Jan 12 with no reaction to concept quit concerning this reimbursement. Right now I'm mad about that since if it were another means around they'd need cost of cash. I'm certain I'm not alone available. Next thing will need to be BBB.
