The journal was never sent

I purchased a journal membership through the corporation. The journal was never shipped. After I named the organization, they explained easily submitted a duplicate of my bill and the terminated check that we did that I really could get my money-back. The journal I'd requested evidently choose to go from company.

For this day, I've not gotten my reimbursement. Every week I contact them plus the same is said by them again and again such as for example: "Your reimbursement is likely to be shipped this week, which means next week you must have it ".
