Absolutely ridiculous

I ended my insurance watts / the Affinion Group in March. Ever since then they've obtained cash out-of my bank account twice and attempted to get a 3rd period. After I named the very first time they stated I've to call-back about the 10th since that's your day discounts are published. And so I called back about the 10th... Whenever named they stated they'd return the cash to my consideration in 5-10 times.

Today I get a notice declaring that I have to complete a reimbursement request form. I had been informed with a boss that I really could send it in... I attempted however the fax returns hectic/no reaction. I called again to obtain another fax number. It did the same. I called again and also have now been informed that I should send the notice in which is not allowed to be faxed. I talked towards the FRESH Boss Kianna and he or she claims it should be shipped. I inquired when they might return the cash I used looking to get it faxed or when they might return my press. She chuckled and stated NUMBER obviously not! I'll send my notice tomorrow and that I described when I don't get a phone with confirmation of reimbursement in 14 days I'll visit the Court and document costs for them fraudulently getting cash out-of my bank account. I'm so FURIOUS I will barely breathe.

This location is just a total rip-off with administrators that never provide you with the same info. They're positively absurd!!!
