Non receipt of $81 refund

I had been solicited by 2 teenagers who have been going door-to-door marketing publications to generate details for many type of competition. I decided to contribute a journal to the offshore soldiers (ESPN Magazine $81 total price). It was on 2/21. On 3/21 I delivered evidence of cost to: ACA Clearinghouse, G O Box 1060, Kittridge, CO 80457. A reimbursement of the entire $81 was required. I had been recommended by your toll free saving to permit 6-8 months for appearance of the reimbursement. No reimbursement was obtained for the reason that time period. No body called in the 48-72 hour time period therefore another phone was created nowadays towards the additional toll free no 1-866-675-9869 and another concept was left. The receipt-no.
