Fraud???

We previously had a request. We didn't restore.

Today, they are saying "whenever we decided to bill you later, (we did not obtain this), we expected that you simply might forward cost upon delivery of the bill. Overview of our documents exhibits thatyou have didn't react to our numerous demands for cost". We did not obtain or accept reviving.

Bill date 2/3/09. We don't need this & won't spend this.
