No service!

I've been experiencing an outage for the past 3 days, since October 1 in Manhattan and the Bronx area. I was told they were fixing a tower and the issue would be resolved the next day at 3pm. The next day came and still nothing. I've been on the phone with Sprint 4 times already and keep getting a different story. I can't make or receive calls or texts. The last thing a Supervisor told me this morning was that an Engineer will be calling me in the next 2-24hrs and that we got to this point because the other rep's failed to take the proper procedures! Of course, neither of them know what the heck they're doing. Anyways, so here I am 3 days w/out service, waiting for this Engineer to call. If they can't fix the issue, Sprint will replace my device, which sucks cause they'll only give me what they want! At this rate, they need to hook me up with an iPhone5! I am soooo disatisfied with Sprint that I'm contemplating breaking my contract, paying the fees and moving on with another provider!
