Ordered a phone, it did not work properly sent it back ($10 shipping) was sent another phone, it did not work properly sent it back for refund ($10 in postage) only to be charged a $20 restocking fee. Both phones were taken to a Verizon store and I was advised to return them. Have had multiple conversations with them only to be told too bad. I simply want my $20. This company does not live up to the guarantee. Do not buy from them.
