My family and I have been with TMobile for a long time. Recently, the last few months, I have been getting charges on Family ALlowance Plans and Pay Per Use charge without my knowledge. We have no data plan. I called to dispute the charges but the rep, reading from their scripts, she say, she can only help if I signed another 2 years contract with them. Told them no. I asked to speak to her supervisor but she claimed her supervisor would tell me the same thing. Nothing was resolved. Only repeated offer to sign another 2 yrs contract, and only then she can help me.
Any suggestion out there? Thanks.
