Cricket Wireless Customer Service Sucks Bigtime! - Bad Customer Service

Terrible experience with Crickets Roeland Park & Lenexa, KS stores Cutomer Service!!! Retail Sales Manager DJ Duran doesn't acknowledge a complaint, left him voicemails that we had issues with the two stores, no answer & hard to get a hold off. Hope & Jovanni from the Lenexa store are rude & incompetent, Mirasol from the Roeland Park store is a big joke!!! Worst Customer Service ever, no Employee empowerment!!! All they want is to charge you money but didn't really care about their Customers!!!
