Number Port From Virgin Mobile Not Completed After Nearly Two Weeks

I tried to port my number from Virgin Mobile to T-Mobile. Countless phonecalls and close to 2 weeks later, my number still has not been ported, despite the reassurance that a supervisor will port it in 24 yrs.
