Unlimited mobile to mobile really isn't! Atlanta Georgia

I've just learned the hard way that AT&T's unlimited mobile to mobile calling really isn't. I only signed up with them to call my girlfriend for free since she is an AT&T wireless customer. But I just learned that their unlimited mobile to mobile calling only applies to daytime hours.

It says nothing of the sort in their terms and conditions and I only got the run around from their customer service people. I would like to know what kind of action I can pursue since I am confident I have been intentionally mislead. There is no asterisk next to any of their statements of unlimited calling to AT&T wireless mobile phones.
