Wirelessbuy.com / Fuse Wireless
These people are a ripoff! They port your number without giving you the phone you order!

Electronics and household app.

On January 2, I contacted Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com to inquire about the purchase of a cellular phone (T-Mobile Blackberry Curve). I informed the representative that I had a current T-Mobile account and it was explained to me that I would not be eligible if my current carrier was T-Mobile. The agent said that I should port my number to another carrier and then call back because I would no longer have a T-Mobile account. As advised, I ported my number to SprintPCS with the actual number changing on 01/05/08. On 01/07/08, I again contacted Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com to make the purchase of the phone. The representative (Corey) took my order and placed me on hold to call T-Mobile. He switched back and forth between T-Mobile and me several times, stating that there was a problem but he was working on resolving it. After finally confirming that the problem was resolved, he completed the order and I was told the phone would be shipping out the next day. I also received an email confirmation for the order on 01/07/08. On 01/08/08, I received a messaging saying my credit card did not process. My credit card company has since stated that no charges were attempted by Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com. However, on 01/09/08, I provided the company with another credit card number. My bank account was debited the charge for the phone ($50) and shipping ($8) which totaled $58. On 01/11/08, I contacted Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com to receive my shipping tracking number. I was instructed to contact T-Mobile by a Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com customer care representative (James) and have them reactivate my account. I received an email 01/11/08 saying the order wouldn't be processed but when I contacted Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com later that evening Corey assured me that the order would go through after making several calls to T-Mobile. He stated it was too late to mail the phone on that evening but it would be sent out on the next business day (Monday). Later that evening, my SprintPCS phone no longer worked and the number was ported to T-Mobile. Assuming that the phone was on the way, I did not contact Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com again. I did not have a cellular phone but a TMobile number. On 01/16/08, I contacted Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com via email again for my tracking info and was told that they would call me back with the info. I had not received the call back from Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com by 7pm that evening and I contacted them again and was told to call back the next day because the supervisor was on the phone with T-Mobile working to resolve my issue. I requested that the manager (Greg) contact me and provided a contact number. On 01/17/08, the manager did not contact me so I contacted him. The manager insisted that Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com did not contact T-Mobile to have the number ported from SprintPCS to T-Mobile. He insisted that my number was ported to T-Mobile on 01/05/08 and I had an account with T-Mobile since September. I have contacted T-Mobile and your accounts show that this dealer has contacted you concerning my account and requested for the number to be ported over on 01/11/08. The only authorization I provided to Fuse/Wirelessbuy.com was for them to port the number to the Blackberry Curve. They are now refusing to provide me with the cellular phone I ordered.
