Worst customer service in the world ever - www.ncell.com. Np

I called up today to ncell customer support callcenter, This lady picked up her call, she was welcoming and seemed understanding, I said my problem to her and her reply was like it was my fault i gave her a call. At the back ground guess ladies like her were having their morning gossip, this agent was more interested in the gossip then my problem, I mean didn't you get training on call handling and and resolving quires, did not anybody tell this agent in her training to take her call seriously, how did she even got a job that question goes to the HR team of ncell and i guess there are no floor team leads or quality person to lead this stupid irresponsible brats. Waiting to change to NTC and i will say to whom ever read this to change to NTC i guess they will have their call-center.
