It is not just the poor quality of the internet connection they offer, the lack of knowledge of their team at the customer service department, the insult and 0 respect that they show when after dealing with them directly, they convince you that is not their fault, that they checked the system and everything is running as it should and it is your modem (yes, the one they sent you and is hidden in the back of your desk) that is damage. You then decided to go and buy a new modem from a retail store because att customer service told you that the guaranty had expired.
Of course, you have to buy one supported by attt, but when you call them to install it, they say, that is not their modem so you need to subscribe to a technical support team, THE PROFESSIONALS.
You call and the subscription cost you $100.00.
And you think Why? What the F#%{? Then you realize tha you need internet, you need to work and you also paid $70.00 already for the att supported modem. You decided to pay them, thanks to them you will have internet anytime soon.
You need to schedule an appointment.
Ok, great 11:00 pm
F#%*k is 1:00 am already and they didn't call.
Next day 11:00 am i call them, they apologized and finally put somebody on the phone able to help me.
2:00 pm she couldn't connect me and she told me that I needed a Pier 2 specialist and the appointment was scheduled for the same dat at 11:00 pm. Guess what, nobody call me, 2 weeks without internet service and I swear that I received a call telling me that they know they never contacted me back for my last appointment and asked me If I had service already.

Att offers speeds that they don't deliver and they rob you everytime they have the chance.
