I have contacted x-box 360 customer service now 5 times since the end of Oct 09. I have been trying to get a 3 pronged power cord sent to us. Every time I called back a service rep told me there was a problem processing the order and it will be 2-3 wks for delivery. The last 3 times I've called I have been transferred to a resolution specialist who cannot provide a resolution. They tell you the option is to place another order and wait another 2-3 wks. A specialty team was supposed to be looking into the processing problem and call within 3-5 days, never received the call. Last call I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told he was busy but would call me by 10 pm, guess what. No call received. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be purchasing microsoft products from now on, they are not worth the price you pay and the inconvenience.
