Assurance wireless
Applied for phone back in sept and still have not received it so went with safelink wireless and got their phone and receieved it within 1one week of applying

I have had nothing but problems with assurance wireless. I applied for their phone in september of this year and I am still waiting. I have very serious health issues and needed a phone of my doctors. I got the run a round from them to the point that i gave up and decided to go with safelink wireless and they were GREAT. From the time i applied it took 10 days and then received my phone through them with no problems or headaches. Assurance i believe is a fake and gives people false hopes. Don"t go with assurance!!!
