I purchased a Samsung admire phone that I believe was defective. After going back 3 days later was told talktime exceeded 60 minutes. Then was sent to another location for warranty replacement. I was told 3 to5 business days so I handed my old phone to them and said turn this one back on. The girl took it and then said "this phone has been wet it won't turn on
" the phone was on when I handed it to her. So after one week, two phones, and $156 I was sent home with nothing. I was so angry that a long time customer should be treated like I was trying to scam them (and I feel something shady happened to my old phone). I went straight to a. Boost store. Now they wont give me my replacement phone because I don't have an active account. This is why I don't. Very shady and the worst customer service ever. Now I can't even sell this new phone to anyone. They do business like that not me. So glad I didn't buy the $300 phone.
