I attempted to negotiate a lease with Optimus Property Management thru Grubb Ellis and it was a nightmare. Not only did they back out of the deal but they renigged on several points of negotiations after the fact. I ended up finding space elsewhere and put the horrible nightmare behind me once and for all. I specifically had a couple big arguments with a Jerry Levan some old coot that is off his rocker. I see I am not the only one that had problems with him. Stay away from Grubb Ellis, Optimus and Jerry Levan. I see they also go by Bromont. How many scamming company names do you need?
