Dont ever buy cricket wireless

I had a Cricket broadband service. It is month by month with NO CONTRACT. I decided not to have January service because it was so bad, but went in to pay February's bill, and paid a $20 reconnection charge. They ended up pay for January WHICH WAS NO SERVICE AT ALL.
