I have been having issues with service all summer, and an unrelated issue with auto topup not working since October, I have been contacting customer service (laugh) for months about it. Anyway I keep checking my status on VMusa website only to find my minutes were used up? Haven't really used the phone much in a while so looked at the call log, and say charge after charge for calls I KNOW I never got! And the kicker was a call around 8am when I was asleep and damn sure didn't answer it.

This is what I got back from VM when I complained:

"if someone calls you, even if you don't picked up the phone, you still will be charge for that call, so if the call is for 30 seconds, the system will round it up to 1 minute."

SO, Virgin Mobile is now charging you for calls you don't even get!!!

Rip off!!!

I'm sick of the BS, looking for a new carrier.

Sad because up till this year I hadn't had any issues with them, sad to see them setting up to self destruct.
