THE WORST SERVICE - wireless internet

I had good signal strenght at my home for over a year and a half for my Droid and broadband thru Cricket Wireless —poor service, but good signal. That all changed two months ago, the signal strenght has now dropped to zero. When I called cricket in India they told me I need to move my home; my home which has had good service for over a year. After calling in a month later with no resolution, the call center in Central America told me to solve the problem simply move. I asked them to speak with someone in the USA and was disconnected. I called back and was given a disconnected number to POCKET in the United States. I feel very bad for this companies customers, and very bad for any shareholder vested in this company. This is the worst customer service I have EVER received from any of the major carriers.
