Cricket Wireless Frustrating - Cricket Cellular Service

For those of you that had your phone disconnected by Cricket. This article has some good information on when they can and can not. Found this after Cricket disconnected my phone (the bill was paid on time) gave me the run around, double charged me, then refused to refund me for their mistake and just take a credit for the double charge.
