Lies and horrible customer service - TMOBIL

Had a 750 family plan and never go beyond until last month when we had 2 car accidents. So we had been using tmobil cell phones calling insurance companies, etc without realizing our minutes were adding up. Finally, I called tmobil for help, they suggest add another 2 yr contract for 1000 minutes with no additional cost but never disclosed to me that free monthly fees for my other 2 phones will be ended once the new contract is in effect. EVENTHOUGH I'VE NEVER SEEN THE CONTRACT OR MAILED TO ME! When I got the bill and called them and the answer is basically " well its your loss!" BEWARE!
