Metro PCS claims to be a pay-as-you-go service but they just charged me a full months fee for a few days of service. The customer service is pretty much non-existant and entirely unhelpful when you finally do reach them.

Use ANYONE else. I'm switching - sso should you. Maybe they will eventually get the message?
