Unauthorized charges on t-mobile bill

Nowadays, I realized that I'm getting charged each month $9.99 for many advanced providers (must have examined earlier). On calling the t mobile found realize that it's receiving charged from predicto.com. Got there quantity from t mobile and named. Woman explained that I've authorized through some contest... Actually doubt that I actually listed and don't believe I actually approved them for costs. I'm informed that they can react in next 24 hours. Lets see normally write to FCC.
