Unauthorized charges after cancellation

I terminated about the 30th of March. (I never responded yes to some text as call-center stated)

Since I named following the extra monthis payment day— aOctober 22nd. I had been charged again and named again and was informed the organization might contact me simply because they might "not concern a reimbursement since it is really costly to complete."

I've no idea how I wound up registered for this fraud but I'd like out and that I need a reimbursement of previous costs for 2 weeks.
