I have been ripped off $9.99 monthly on my T-Mobile phone

I noticed an amount of $9.99 charged to me on my T-Mobile Phone bill as "Usage Charges".

I called the T-Mobile Customer Service @ 1-800-937 8992 on 6th March and talked to "Vincent", Personal ID # 135809012.

Vincent was unable to provide me any proof of authorization by me for ordering "that" service, charged to me on my bill as "Usage Charges". Something he kept saying about was that this is "automatic" charge!!! I understand the call was being recorded by T-Mobile for "quality purposes". He however, has assured that it will be taken off, and that, I will be refunded the amount charged on my phone bills.

The amount of money being ripped off from customers, together by T-Mobile and Predicto, is understandably enormous! I will be more than happy to join in for anything if I can be of help, to get this ripoff stopped by T-Mobile and Predicto.
