Non-working phone - cell phone

Purchased a phone from tracfone and it would occasionally work. Contacted customer service on several occasions. They finally called back and said the phone they sent me was the wrong technology for my area and they would send me a new comparable phone. They transferred me to another department to accomplish that and after 1.5 hours on the phone, they said they would send me a different phone. Just got it today and it's a bottom of the line piece of junk (no blue tooth, no camera). Just got off the phone with "customer service" who said to call them back in 48 hours and they'd let me know what they could do.

Do not deal with these people! God help you if you run in to a problem.
