What a joke! I have bought the biggest piece of junk there is - a Tracfone. When I called to reactive my service - they gave me a long distance phone number and refused to refund my money. This company is such a piece of crap there is. No customer service to speak of - sorry no clear Englishl speaking people to help you.
What a joke! Someone needs to file a class action lawsuit against them for misrepresentation of their product. DON'T ever waste your money on this service.
