Atrocious customer service. - Prepaid cell phone service

I had been a loyal customer of the company for 4 years.in the past,
service provider would send a prerecorded message to alert customers to replenish their air time/
minutes. This is no longer company practice and the company keeps the
unexpired air time/minutes resulting
in monetary loss to loyal customers.
In my case, $78.00. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
