Site says card is declined but charges your card anyway. When trying to get help customer service kept avoiding me saying they were closed. Never got help from these people

I would like to report a cellular phone company called page plus wireless. They are not the actual page plus cellular company but rather an authorized agent doing their own thing under this company. I tried making a payment to purchase minutes and their website kept telling me my card was declined and turns out each time it told me that I was being charged 44.95 each time which was a total of 4 times. My bank took off 3 of them and said that I needed to get a statement from the company saying it was ok to release funds back to me. I called these people and they kept transferring me to page plus cellular which I was told they had nothing to do with this company! I called again and they told me that their customer service was closed and would be open until Monday. This was a friday at 11am! Their hours are Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm. I called back Monday and was told they would send the fax. They never did. When I called to see what was happening 1st they said that person was out of the office, then they said they had to send the fax off to confirm it somewhere. To make a long story short all i needed from them was a statement saying my card didn't go through & it was ok to release the funds. I couldn't get that! Horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone just stick with page plus cellular not page plus wireless!
