Very poor service

I feel I have received very poor service, from your company. Most of your customer service people act like they don't know what they doing, very time i call for help, it takes an hour to get the problem fixed. I'm so disaponted.
Every thing was fine untill i got on the program i'm on now. Some how the wheel fall off.
