Poor customer service

On 12-01, I came home and found that my direct TV was not working. I called Verizon because they talked me in to getting the triple advantage package. I was on the automated phone service for over an hour and when a customer service rep finally spoke with me he did not know anything and my service is still not working. Very poor customer service!!
