I went form at&t to Verizon when I moved. I went to verizon and said I have never had a phone from verizon and needed a good reliable phone. I use my cell a lot. The salesman said he had the perfect one. Well the phone does not work all the time. To hear the other person on the other end you have to cock your head a certain way and still that not always the solution. And to receive calls you have to put it in a window or in a certain spot. Not always the same place. I went and complained and they gave me another phone but the same make and model. I told them I wanted another phone. And if I had to I would pay the difference of the one I have already paid for because it just doesn't work. They told me I had to pay A restocking fee. I told them I just got this and it hasn't even been 15 days. They said they didn't care. Well they should because the product the salesman recommended was and Is a piece of junk. And I am still stuck with it and they just don't care. Not good business.
