I was sick on Friday, June 4, and called in. The manager, Yvette Steele, requested a doctor's excuse. I do not go to the doctor every time that I am not feeling well. Other employees have also missed without being asked for a doctor's excuse. I am scheduled to work 5 days with two off. I am always called in on my off days and made to work and then because of how the work weeks fall for the company, I fall under the 40 hour mark and do not receive overtime. This is done repeatedly. I do not get overtime even though I work 6 days a week most of the time. We are also required to clock out before our 5 hour mark even if we are working with a customer and have to complete the customers service even after clocking out with no pay. If we do not clock out at the 5 hour mark while working with a customer for 3 times in a row, we get written up.
