Cut your pay to mininum wage after you quit, no matter how long you have worked for the company. Ripoff

I started working for Network Video in Sept. 2003 I started as customer service making 6.25 hour 3 months later I was promoted to Store Manager of the Racetrack location. 4 months later in Feb 04 I took on a new location to run both video and the new tanning salon. My pay was now 9.50 hour I worked 40 hours.in this time frame I was told that if i kept my store and myself out of overtime in a 3 month period I would get a paid vacation. I didn't recieve it at all. They lied. I also got sick and was out of work 4 days they told me they would help cover my paycheck for being out. Another lie!

I have witnessed then cut tons of employees pay down after they quit to mininum wage. This was your punishment for leaving. I worked hundreds and hundreds of hours of the clock using a work sell phone that I had to answer at all times or I would get yelled at. I was told on my days off I couldn't go out of town without the general managers permission... I even have the letter she wrote all managers on this subject. I decided to put a 7 day notice.

Knowing they would probably cut my hours back to zero. This is how they got rid of employees so they wouldn't have to fire them for unemployment. So the employee would just quit. I got sick and couldn't finish out my time so they cut my pay from 9.50 to 6.15hour. I made them in a year and 2 months over hundred thousand dollars just myself. I worked my tail off on the clock and off the clock and because I was sick and tired of the treatment they gave to everyone I get my pay cut. I am in the process of gathering all my information together to take them to small claims court. I just want any who wants to work there to beware.

There is tons more I can tell you but would write a novel before i finished
