On may 17 evans sunny days daycare was shut down due to unknown reasons to staff. The daycare was due to reopen on june 7 but as of today is still closed. The owner shawn loper never stayed in contact with any of the staff or parents of the daycare to let us know anything aabout the daycare. On may 21 we were suppose to get our biweekly check but as of today august 10 still has not recieved. Sean loper has been lying to staff telling us that he mailed the checks already, he said he forgot to put stamps on it so they came back, he said the checks were over 90 days old so he had to reissue them. He also told us that he already gave out checks to certain people but whom ever he was on the phone with at that time was the only person that has not recieved their check. Shawn loper is a very unprofessional owner/boss who works his employees 50 hour weeks with no overtime and has all employees on salary so that we have to work 10 hour days with no break nor do we ever get compensated for working over. Several employees worked 100 houres in a 2 week period ond only got paid for 80. I was told that if you are on salary and you work enough overtime if you have to take off it dosent affect your pay because you have enough time put in to take a day or two off. All we want is our check!!!
