Fed up to eyeballs

I am fed up to my eyeballs with these guys. I have had a cell phone for MONTHS that has not worked properly. Tonight after 90 minutes on the phone I finally got the phone number fixed.

I bought minutes, added to the phone and they never showed up.

To boot, I can make calls but cannot receive them.

I have spent NO LESS than 15 hours over the course of trying to get this fixed. My patience is at an all time LOW

I want this FIXED and the sooner the better! I also want MINUTES to make up for some of the time I've wasted NOT resolving this. Enough already
