About a early 'disconnection fee

I am with T Mobile almost six years. Last year they offer me an other line for my house for $9.99 a month. My bill use to be $60'00 a month. They started charging me $87.00 a month. I decided to terminated the service. I received a bill of $306.57. When I call costomer service. They told me that an other bill is on the way for $200.00 and up for the second line. And I disconnect the phone from the wall since 02-18. When it suppose to be one time bill, because it's one account Is it possible to pay $500.00and up for a phone service with one account.
