Over priced land line service

I was with this comp. For more than 5 yrs. (4mobile and 1 land line) The land line was so cheap $10/mo. But the quality is nothing to be excited about but i didnt mind bec. We have each own cp and my greatest mistake was when we decided to transfer to a diff. Mobile service co. Last Aug. Of this year, i totally forgot to disconnect the landline so when i got my bill last Sept., i called the company to disconnect it was $77.71for a land line the person i talked to said that i will still have to pay for partial but when i got my last bill, it was way more than the last bill $91.07 bec. They additionally charge for enhance voicemail, fam. Unl. Message, Pc unl.@home 5 for a "land line"
