On May 29 my 14 year old daughter's phone was turned off. She started acting better so on June 24 I gave her 50.00 to pay her phone bill. On June 29 the phone was turned off, I went into the Metro Store and they told me sorry she didnt have her account reset. I was in shock 5 days of service for 40.00 that just not right... I will never ever pay her bill again unless someone helps me with this. I am so angry and mad. I work hard for my money and 40.00 is a lot to me and my family...
