I sent off my new but defective Blue-Ray player for service more than a month and a half ago. They lost it and can't seem to find it. I think it's only fair that they send me a new one. I use this in my business for presentations and am loosing money EVERY SINGLE DAY that I don't have one! I've been in contact with the customer service department nearly every day for 2 weeks now. Everyone apologizes but no one is doing anything about it. It keeps getting passed on through week long processes at a time. I'm still looking at a few weeks of processes until I can get one. They should make this right for the helpless customer. They refuse to send me a new one!
