I ordered 4 collars from Hot Dog Collars. They looked great when they arrived, but within a week, 2 of the collars started losing studs. They look terrible now. I have tried and tried to contact customer service. There is no way to talk to an actual person. They make you leave a voice message or send an email, both of which I have done multiple times and they WILL NOT contact me. Their customer service is Horrible, non-existent. They obviously do not stand behind their products. I have had to throw away the 2 collars, they look terrible now after just a few weeks. Buyer beware!!
