Student promotion free year of service never honored

Sprint ran a student promotion. If you purchased your phone at full price at Best Buy, Sprint gave you free service for a year. However, Sprint never honored its side. They claim they didn't receive the documents. Yet I have confirmations from Best Buy and the Sprint store in Rogers that the faxes went through. I also filed the papers online more than 10 times. They just don't want to honor their promotions. It's a scam to get you to buy the phone at full price. I'm fixing to return my phone! Sprint is a liar and a rip-off, stay away! Also, their own customer service told me Sprint doesn't have it together and I would be better off going to AT&T or Verizon.
