Sprint misinformation cost me money and quality product - iphone 4

I signed up for insurance on my iPhone after an employee/manager of Sprint told me it would save me the extra fees and hassle of Apple Care. Naturally, the glass phone is shattered and I bring it in to be replaced to find out that $11 a month comes to nothing and I still am expected to pay $100 for a replacement!!! I was very specific about the fact that I wanted to skip any fees when I signed up for this "insurance". Now I feel jipped and incredibly irritated with not only my broken phone, but all the money that apparently just disappeared! I will spread the word about your con work!!!
