The man i talkted to ripped me off and they charged are bill way high so i told them about what horrible internet they had so they sent me somethimg to fix that and it added a line to my account when they said the would give me an extra one so it took the line i was useing my phone on so they shut off my phone i coudent call any body so they still charged my bill and i was mad because the phone i had was not on any lines so they charged me 750 dollers for a phone i did not even have it was horible i will never go back to sprint EVER!!!
