Over charged on bills every mounth been a costumer since 2004

Sprint was a great provider since 2004 but since march i added a second line to my account and the bill is reflecting $400.00 at first i understood maby its pro-ration i have tryed to dispute this bill sometimes on the phone for hours. Now to current i have a bill at $1300.00 i have had suppervisors transfer me to lower departments thay even renewed my contract with them with oyt my permission and it me the coustmer i have good credit and i have never had a problem with sprint in all my years and i have never seen the lack of service when calling in any provider. At this point i whan to resolve this problem and hopefully i can still be a valued coustemer at sprint.
