2nd Nexus, when I called yesterday with a dying phone Mariam ref 2112 746807 denied you had a telephone service to contact for help, insisted customer services took 3 days to email me back. I have a dead phone and no way of getting sensitive and personal data from the phone! Exceptionally unhappy and very disappointed just how poor your service is for helping. The are very few places which hold any stock, definitely not on the high street which has left me without a phone. Very poor show, very poor show!
